Views sought on Section 115 of the Environment Act 2021

Defra is undertaking work to introduce the Duty to Consult. As part of this work Defra needs to determine how funding for carrying out the Duty should be distributed amongst Local Authorities. To understand this further, it would be useful for Defra to have the data on number of street trees each Local Highway Authority manages. Please could Local Highway Authorities pass on this data by responding to the below questions by the 22nd of September.
