Highway Inspectors Register
The IHE administers the UK Highway Inspectors training and certification scheme approved by the UK Roads Board in 2010. It established the Highway Inspectors Board in 2011.
Candidates who successfully complete the courses run by an approved Centre are eligible for inclusion on the National Register of Highway Inspectors for a period of five years.

IHE Register of Road Safety Auditors
The IHE Register recognises competent Road Safety Auditors in line with the requirements of The Design Roads & Bridges Manual (DMRB) Road Safety Audit Standard HD 19/15. Registered Road Safety Auditors can use IHE designation letters to promote their status (from 2011) and are listed on a public register on the IHE website. Practitioners and Lead Practitioners can use the designatory letters: RegRSA (IHE) and describe themselves as “IHE Registered Road Safety Auditor”.
