Southern Branch Annual Seminar Cancelled

It is with real regret that the IHE Southern Branch has felt obliged to cancel the planned seminar of 27th October 2021.
Hampshire CC has been unable to provide confirmation on the availability of the venue, Ashburton Hall and, if it did become available, what measures and limitations would apply. The Branch has researched other possible venues in the region but without success.
They also had to consider, in light of the inescapable fact that Covid 19 remains very present, the level of support we might get, allowing some may feel disinclined to mingle given uncertainties, and you will agree, a good attendance which we have been used to certainly adds to the overall atmosphere.
Though the Branch has cancelled this year’s event, they very much hope and plan to resurrect it again next year when the situation should hopefully be more settled than the present.
As an alternative and to maintain continuity of CPD for members they will arrange a series of webinars to cover the proposed topics which we were including on the day and will be posting details on the website in due course.
