South Western Branch holds virtual AGM
- Tuesday October 20, 2020

A successful virtual South Western AGM was held in July – a productive meeting with a good turnout of about 25 members. Outgoing chairman Andy Cole of Devon County Council handed over the reins to Andrew Brown of Dorset Council for the next two years. The handover of the branch chain of office was socially distanced at the halfway point of Lyme Regis on the Saturday before the AGM.
Thanks for all who virtually attended and for your contribution to a successful, but different AGM. For those who didn’t attend, the minutes will be available soon. The clear message from the AGM is that the committee is there for you, the members, so please contact us if there is something you would like us to do. As a branch we would also like to give congratulations to our treasurer, Stephen Webb of WSP, who was installed as IHE President at the AGM. We wish Stephen well and every success for his two years in office.
