IHE Announces New President

The Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE) is pleased to welcome Martin Polland CEng FIHE as it’s new President after the AGM that was held on Wednesday 22nd June 2022.
Members of the AGM welcomed Martin and wished him every success in the coming 2 years.
