IHE 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the 52nd Annual General Meeting of the members of the Institute of Highway Engineers Limited will be held as a hybrid meeting via Teams and in person at the Malmaison Hotel, The Mailbox, 1 Wharfside Street, Birmingham, B1 1RD at 3:30pm on Thursday 12th June 2025.
Agenda
- To confirm and sign the minutes of the 51st Annual General Meeting held on 21st June 2024.
- To receive a verbal report of Council for the year 2024/5.
- To approve the Income and Expenditure Account and Balance Sheet for the year ended 31 December 2024 with the Auditor’s Report thereon.
- To appoint Magma Chartered Accountants as auditors until the conclusion of the next General Meeting, at which the accounts of the Institute are presented.
- To authorise the Council to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
- To note that there are no vacancies on Council this year therefore no ballot or election has been necessary.
- To note the officers for Council for the period of June 2025 – June 2026;

Immediate Past President – Martin Polland - To note that the annual rate of subscription payable by members of the Institute as from 1 January 2026 will be increased by £5 for all corporate member grades.
