As this week is Tomorrow’s Engineers Week (10 -14 November) our Policy and Engagement Manager, Cyrena Lafronte, was invited to write a blog for EUK Education encouraging young people to dare to discover what a career in highway engineering could look like.

The blog provides a brief insight into the UK road network, the engineers that design them, teams that keep it safe and efficient and the variety of roles available. It also breaks down the different ways to become a highway engineer, whether that is through apprenticeships, college or university.
