‘We chose to partner with the IHE as our Engineering Council institute as we feel there is an excellent fit between the support they offer, and our aspirations for our staff. This is the start of a long and exciting journey.’
IHE chief executive Steve Spender added: ‘We have many traffic signal engineers who are members of the IHE, and we recognise the challenges that the sector faces in meeting the aspirations of the Department for Transport to embrace a new digital approach in traffic control and management.
