Notice of IHE 53rd AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 53rd Annual General Meeting of the members of the Institute of Highway Engineers will be held as a hybrid meeting via MS Teams and in person at the Forest Pines Hotel, Ermine Street, Brigg, Lincolnshire DN20 0AQ at 12:00pm on Friday 3rd July 2026.
Agenda
- To confirm and sign the minutes of the 52nd Annual General Meeting held on 12th June 2025.
- To confirm and sign the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 21st May 2026.
- To receive a verbal report of Council for the year 2025/6.
- To approve the Income and Expenditure Account and Balance Sheet for the year ended 31 December 2025 with the Auditor’s Report thereon.
- To appoint Dains Accountants (Magma) as auditors until the conclusion of the next General Meeting, at which the accounts of the Institute are presented.
- To authorise the Council to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
- To note the officers for the IHE Board for the next two year term;

Immediate Past President – Katharine Kelly - To note the election of eight members to the Board of Directors; four for a two year term and four for a three year term;
- To transact any other general business.
