Summary: The webinar will focus on Asphalt Preservation technology providing a low carbon and more sustainable alternative to traditional road maintenance techniques.

Synopsis: Local authorities over the past ten years have been encouraged by government to develop long term asset management plans to obtain best value from their road networks. In this context Henry Williams & Sons and ASI Solutions are running a joint webinar to explain how innovative Asphalt Preservation Technology has developed over this period and how this sustainable low carbon road surface maintenance technique is now playing an integral part in Life Cycle Planning. The webinar will cover the technology; operational issues; case studies; environmental benefits and application.

Bio of presenter:

Dr Howard Robinson is the Managing Director of ASI Solutions and is the former Chief Executive of The Road Surface Treatments Association which he ran for ten years prior to joining ASI in 2019. He is a recognized industry expert on road materials and is a past Chair of the British Standards Committee for Road Surface Treatments.
