Presenter: Mitul Dalwadi, Application Technology Manager, Tensar
Mitul completed a Master of Engineering (Civil) in year 2001. Mitul then worked in India for approx. 7 Years. Mitul joined Tensar in 2008 and has worked in various design roles including Design Manager for UK supporting the regional offices and later as the Principal Engineer for UK & Ireland. Since 2021, Mitul has been working as the Application Technology Manager for Structures for Europe, Middle-East, APAC and Africa.
Mitul has worked in various national and international projects and delivered successful results for Tensar in some very challenging and prestigious projects across the world such as the London Olympic Stadium (UK), 34 m high retaining structure in Sultanate of Oman, integral load bearing bridge abutments for A21 (UK) and ground improvement for access road over marine clay in Mumbai (India).
Mitul is a Chartered Civil Engineer from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), UK, Registered Ground Engineering Professional (RoGEP), holds a CMI Level -5 Certification in Management and Leadership and is a current member of the BSI committee (B/526/04 Strengthened/reinforced soils and other fills). Mitul has also authored two technical papers and has presented in international conferences
