In partnership with Innovate UK, the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAENG) are delighted to host a unique event bringing together small and medium sized organisations to explore pathways to inclusive innovation that can help to unlock talent within their organisation.
The day will consist of on-stage discussions exploring the links between inclusive cultures and inclusive innovation, including interactive workshops enabling participants to practically engage with key topics and how they can improve practices within their organisation.
Highlights of the event will include insights from Dr Hayaatun Sillem CBE (CEO, Royal Academy of Engineering) and Indro Mukerjee (CEO, Innovate UK) on how we can work together to make our innovation and engineering systems better for everyone, creating pathways to success. The Royal Academy of Engineering will also launch Culture+, a digital platform which provides engineering startups with the tools they need to foster inclusive company cultures to support their long-term business success.
