Details
We’ll review some typical hazards on or near the road and how we mitigate the risk posed by them. We’ll cover the subject of speed and why this matters, managing the energy created and what this means for road user safety. Moving on to looking into International standards for crash testing, understanding what this means and how to effectively implement this knowledge into road design at an early stage. We will consider both the permanent roadway and the temporary application of Work Zones.
