The IHE Southern Branch would like to invite you to an online CPD webinar on Wednesday 16th October 2024 on the temporary works for the new Cross Tay Link Road bridge, a balanced cantilever concrete bridge spanning the River Tay in Perthshire.


The Cross Tay Link Road (CTLR) is the biggest infrastructure project ever undertaken by Perth and Kinross Council and is the central element of the Perth Transport Futures Project. It involves the construction of a new 3-span concrete bridge, adopting a balanced cantilever method of construction. This presentation will discuss the temporary works required to construct the balanced cantilever concrete bridge.
