Presenters

Lana Meddings, Transport and Growth Manager, Lincolnshire County Council

Lana currently leads the Transport Policy team at Lincolnshire County Council setting the strategic vision to secure investment in transport infrastructure in the County. Having worked in Local Government for over 20 years she is currently using her background in town planning to take a place-based approach to transport planning and delivering the infrastructure our communities need. Working at a national, regional and local level she is currently navigating the LEVI programme, bringing together consortiums across the Midlands to deliver on-street EV charging.

Daniel Gosbee, Principal Project Officer (Transport and Growth), Lincolnshire County Council

Dan joined the Transport and Growth team at Lincolnshire County Council in late 2024 and is responsible for contract management of the LEVI Capital Fund project. With seven years of experience in Local Government, he has developed sustainable transport strategies and delivered key projects. This includes overseeing the installation of more than 1,000 public on-street EV charging sockets, ranging from single-socket charge points on lamp columns to dual-socket 7-22kW bollards and rapid 50kW units, funded through LEVI, ORCS, and GULCS schemes.
