Time – 6.30pm FOR 7.00pm start
Cost – £80 per team (max 8) or £12 per head (up to 7)
This event is supporting a Surrey based charity, Cardiac Risk in the Young whose purpose is “Preventing young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.”
A buffet supper will be served during the evening and two bottles of wine will be available to each team together with soft drinks and water.
Gift donations for the raffle will be very welcome, as will cash donations if you wish to support the event but cannot attend.

Payment can be made online (details will be provided when booking) or can be paid on the night.

1. Please let us know of any dietary requirements
2. Advise the name of the team which will be shown on the scoreboard.
This information can be passed after booking but, please, at least a week before the event.
