Presenter Bios:
Mohammed Mahboob Ali is an accomplished BIM Manager and Digital Delivery Lead with over 17+ years of experience in the AEC industry, driving enterprise BIM governance and digital transformation across large-scale programs. Currently overseeing digital services for a major Saudi Arabian giga-project, he manages master federated models at the program level for a 65-project portfolio, coordinating 16 PMC and LDC teams to ensure seamless integration and quality.
Mahboob specializes in optimizing workflows through innovative solutions such as FME-based BIM-GIS automation, Power BI dashboards for clash analytics, and AI-driven coordination strategies. His expertise spans digital twin development, geospatial BIM integration, and automated QA processes bridging design, construction, and operations.
A strong advocate for stakeholder enablement, he has delivered comprehensive training on Common Data Environments (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revizto) and authored BIM Execution Plans for complex multi-consultant portfolios. Passionate about leveraging emerging technologies – including scripting platforms and cloud collaboration systems – Mahboob consistently delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across project lifecycles.
