The All Party Parliamentary Group for Cycling (APPCG) have launched an inquiry called ‘Cycling and the Justice System’.
They will be holding 4 evidence sessions in January and February, and are asking for written evidence in advance of those sessions.
The deadline for written evidence is January 16th. They have put out a call for members of the public who have been involved in road traffic incidents, or friends and families who have sought justice in their absence to let them know their experiences of investigation and prosecution.
If you would like to submit general evidence to the inquiry, they are requesting that you submit a maximum of 2 x A4 pages of evidence and choose 5 issues (there is suggested list in the link above) that you think should be focussed on in the inquiry.
