IHE rewards for CPD
IHE members are obliged to undertake five days a year of structured development. IHE in turn is obliged by the Engineering Council to monitor members' compliance and monitors a random sample each year.
The IHE Silver CPD Attainment Certificate confirms that members are maintaining a structured annual profession development plan, which meets the profession's expectations.
The IHE Gold CPD Attainment Certificate is awarded to members who have maintained a development plan for at least three years in excess of the expected achievement.
