Cherrie Ouerghi - Admin Secretary

Cherrie Ouerghi.JPGThe Institute's Admin Secretary is PA to the Secretary and the first point of contact for callers to the Institute. It is my responsibility to ensure that the Institute is represented in a professional yet approachable manner.
I administer the 'Preparing you for Professional Review' courses introducing the review standards and procedures and the annual CPD monitoring survey. I can also answer most questions about membership and events.

Julie Clarke - Membership Assistant

Julie Clarke.JPGI am in on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to bank cheques, process credit card payments and to chase up late payers. I also compile and send you the Review Applicant's packs.
I have been with IHE for fifteen years, having previously worked for IHT in a similar role for over seven years.
